All vinyl products purchased are custom manufactured to a specific order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely; we always recommend to order samples, they are available at or

If you ArE ordering a Refrigerator wrap, Mini Fridge wrap, Door wrap or other custom prints, double check the measurements. Once we print the vinyl, it's yours. Don't guess or go off the website measurements of the product you are buying to be wrapped. 

Ask all questions before placing an order. When buying one of our products, please note that the item is being sold only as described. No changes or alterations to the item (except in the case of color / finish prior to shipment) can be made at any time and will not constitute grounds for a return. If there is change, Rm wraps will email the images before printing. 

Rm wraps will replace or exchange only for those products, which are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are quality-assurance checked for flaws and completeness before shipment. You must inform us about defects, misprints, design flaws, spelling errors. There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges or refunds issued after product is shipped. 

Please note that products ordered at different times may have different lot numbers, therefore we can not guarantee a color or pattern match. Rm wraps and partner manufacturers are always making changes to provide you with the highest quality products. Rm wraps does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation but can not be held responsible for installation failure. 

Defective items may be returned for an exchange of the same item only. All items must be in "new" condition, in original packaging with all contents included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. No cancellation, refund, or exchanges on special order items. Shipping is non refundable.

Rm wraps will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If you receive a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. For any shipment that is refused or returned due to incorrect address provided by customer, you will be responsible for fees associated with reshipping item. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
